In the presidential handover ceremony, Chairperson Yang explained the process of the selection and expected that President Chou will conform to the humanistic tradition of the Ursuline education and lead the School accordingly. He also showed gratitude to Acting President Tsai for his efficient management and accomplishments in regard to the MOE evaluation.
